Winter Flounder (Blackback) Opening in 3Ps

DFO advises that the 3Ps fixed gear Winter Flounder (Blackback) fishery for vessels less than 65' will open at 1200 hours on Thursday, June 13, 2019.

Fish Harvesters are advised that licence conditions are available on the National Online Licencing System (NOLS).
