2019 Personal Use Seal Licence Information Session - Correction

 

DFO advises that location for the Seal Information Session for new applicants requesting Personal Use Licences that was previously scheduled for April 17 at the Parks Canada Boardroom in Rocky Harbour has changed. The new location is as follows:

Ocean View Hotel, 38-42 Main Street, Rocky Harbour, on Wednesday April 17th, 2019 @ 7pm.

Persons obtaining a new Personal Use Seal Licence must have:

- Proof of age (18 or order)

- A Firearms Safety/Hunder Education Certificate

- Proof the have attended a seal information session

 As with any sealing activity, Personal Use Seal Licence holders must follow the Marine Mammal Regulations and Conditions of licence. All Sealing activity will be monitored by DFO Fishery Officers.
