2019 Atlantic Salmon Recreational Fishery - Reminder

DFO wishes to remind anglers that the Atlantic Salmon recreational fishery opens June 15 in Labrador (Zones 1, 2 and 14B).

Details on the regulations pertaining to bag limits, river classification, closed areas and special management areas are contained in the 2019 - 2020 Angler's Guide which is available on-line at www.nfl.dfo-mpo.gc.ca/NL/AG/anglersguide

The Regional Director General, Fisheries and Oceans Canada, Newfoundland and Labrador Regions gives notice that Variation Orders 2018-252, 2018-253, 2018-254, 2018-255 and 2018-256 have been revoked and Variation Orders 2019-082, 2019-083, 2019-084, 2019-085 and 2019-086 come into effect on June 15, 2019.
