3Ps <65' Fixed Gear Atlantic Halibut Retention

Fish harvesters are advised that the retention of Atlantic halibut taken as by-catch in other directed groundfish fisheries in NAFO Sub-Division 3Ps will be permitted for fixed gear vessels less than 65 feet as of 0600 hours on Wednesday, May 15, 2019.

By-catch limits are outlined in harvesters 2019 Groundfish General Licence Conditions.
