CAPELIN FIXED GEAR FISHERY REOPENING IN A PORTION OF WESTERN NL

DFO advises that the Capelin fixed gear fishery (trap, bar seine - including tuck seine), for vessels less than 19.8 metres in overall length, will open at 2000 hours on July 11, 2019 from Big Brook to Cape Bauld.

The Regional Director General, Fisheries and Oceans Canada, Newfoundland and Labrador Region gives notice that Variation Order 2019-144 has been revoked and Variation Order 2019-145 comes into effect 1800 hours on July 11, 2019.
