Mobile Gear Capelin Fishery re-opening in White Bay and Notre Dame Bay

DFO advises that the capelin fishery for vessels using mobile gear will reopen on July 30, 2019 at 06:00 hours and close on July 30, 2019 at 22:00 hours in White Bay (CFA 3) and Notre Dame Bay (CFA4).

Fish Harvesters are advised that amended license conditions have been issued and will be available this evening for these areas and can be obtained through DFO's National On-Line Licensing System.

The Regional Director General, Fisheries and Oceans Canada, Newfoundland and Labrador Regions gives notice that Variation Order 2019-175 has been revoked and Variation Order 2019-182 comes into effect on July 30, 2019.
