NOTICE TO FISH HARVESTERS

3NO Fixed Gear Monkfish, Skate and White Hake re-opening
DFO advises that the Inshore fishery in NAFO Divisions 3NO for Monkfish, Skate and White Hake for all gear types will re-open on Monday July 8, 2019 at 0600 hours.
This applies to vessel classes A250, A251, A253, A254, A256, A257, A259, A260, A262, A263, A265, A266, A268, A269, A271 and A272.
Licence conditions can be obtained at the Eastern, Central and Labrador Client Services Centre, St. John’s by calling (709) 772-5845. Amended licence conditions will be available on the National Online licencing System for harvesters who have previously taken part in this fishery in 2019.
Fish harvesters are reminded that all licence holders are required to provide a Daily Report of your fishing activity.
The Regional Director General, Fisheries and Oceans Canada, Newfoundland and Labrador Region gives notice that Variation Order 2019-128 has been revoked and Variation Order 2019-135 comes into effect on July 6, 2019.
